How To Order A Fursuit
You will need reference art for the design you would like us to make. Except in cases like tails and paws, where we can work with a description. If you are uncertain what you would like we would be happy to create a design for you for a small fee. You must be 18 or older to commission us. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian may contact us on your behalf.
Next, you will need a quote on your design. We only give out quotes when we are open for them, check the homepage or follow us on social media to find out when we are open. Use the quote form in the menu above. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a breakdown of how much your character would cost from us and our current openings. We do not have the time to respond to every quote request, we apologize if we do not get to you.
We do accept payment plans and require a 30% non-refundable deposit to get on the queue.
Shipping is not included in the quote and will be determined upon completion due to the varying sizes and weights of custom costumes.
Once the deposit has been paid, you will have a spot in the queue. We work on projects in the order of the queue and do not do rush fees. When it is your turn in line you will be notified that we are starting on your suit. Once started, parts typically take 1-4 weeks to complete. Fursuit heads, partials, and fullsuits take a 1-2 months to complete. We will require a duct tape dummy for fullsuits, and measurements for all other parts. We send progress pictures and updates often, so that you can give ample feedback during the build process.
